You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone around that you found the document, contacted a cousin who has the family Bible, made a DNA connection, or found a whole new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.
Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.
This is a weekly series to enable everyone to tell about their Genealogy Happy Dance moment.

Grandkids! My happy moment dance moment for the week was having almost all of my 21 grandchildren together this week. Every two years we get together for a family reunion consisting of our children and grandchildren. This year was even more special because we started the week with one of our sons being married in the Columbia, SC Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple.
We were able to capture this special photo of our 21. One, Sophie had to stay home due to a nursing program she is attending but she joined us via FaceTime. The other, our angel baby Camden who passed away shortly after birth, is represented in the photo by a butterfly.
We had a wonderful week full of food, swimming, bowling, miniature golf and just spending time together. I can't believe it's over but we already planning for 2023!

I found the birth announcement of my mother in the newspaper. I had looked before, but found it because I searched under a misspelling of the name Johnston.
