The panel Melissa Barker, Bernice Bennett, Dan Earl, Laura Hedgecock, and Mary Kircher Roddy welcome members of Teams Red, Black, and Blue to share more about their journeys on Relative Race and the challenges on Day 10!  We missed Team Green, who were planning on joining us but ended up with no internet in a mountain cabin with family!

Watch as we hear about Alex's meeting with his bio mom and get updates on family connections on and since the show from everyone.

We are so happy for each of the teams and are grateful for being able to follow their journies. Congratulations to Team Red for the win on Day 10!

You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone that you found the document, contacted a cousin with the family Bible, made a DNA connection, or found a new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.

Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.

My responsibilities? Promote the conference, report on live happens from Salt Lake, and let everyone know how fun and educational this conference is for genealogists and family historians.
Will you join us in Salt Lake City or view the virtual classes? Registration is open now!
Hope to see you there! Look for me teaching several classes and hanging out in the media hub in the Expo Hall!

My Happy Dance Moment for this week:

Being part of WikiTree day was so much fun! On Friday evening, I joined the WikiTree Adoption Angels project discussion and talked about Relative Race, BYUtv's series about finding biological family. Then on Saturday morning, I was part of a panel talking about the WikiTree Challenge.  A year ago, it was my pleasure to be part of this unique opportunity to have the researchers at WikiTree look at my family tree, search for records to look for ancestors, break down brick walls and confirm those already on it. Using DNA, they were able to solve a mystery from 1922! You can watch all the events from this weekend on WikiTree's YouTube page by clicking here.

What's your Happy Dance Moment?
