Celebration Sunday~Genealogy Happy Dance!

You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone around that you found the document, contacted a cousin who has the family Bible, made a DNA connection, or found a whole new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.
Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.
This is a weekly series to enable everyone to tell about their Genealogy Happy Dance moment.

Share by scrolling down and adding your story to the comments section or you may also put a link to a blog post telling about what had you dancing this week.

My Happy Dance Moment for this week:

Finding new records always is a Happy Dance Moment.
This week I discovered an index to a marriage record that I need to prove parentage. The original is digitized and online at FamilySearch. I need to get a good look at that record. The parents in the index don't make sense, so I need to see what the original says.  My happy dance was cut short when I saw the key of death. You know, the icon that tells you you can only view a record in a Family History Center or an Affiliate Library? Yep, I will have to wait till things reopen to actually see the document, but still, it's there and I know how and where to find it. So, really, I am still dancing!

What had you doing the Happy Dance this week?
