You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone that you found the document, contacted a cousin with the family Bible, made a DNA connection, or found a new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.
Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.
This weekly series enables everyone to tell about their Genealogy Happy Dance moment.

My Happy Dance Moment for the week:
Another in-person genealogy conference! The last couple of days, I have been speaking at and attending the York County Library Genealogy and Family History Expo in Fort Mill, SC. This is a fantastic educational event sponsored by the York County Library.
I didn't take enough photos to do it, just to show the significant attendance numbers. So much fun meeting new people and connecting with friends.
Congratulations to John Scardon for a well-run conference that gets even better every year!
What were you celebrating?
Share your Happy Dance Moment for the week, and let's celebrate together!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Helping you climb your family tree,

For me it's all about the journey. Have I found gggrandmother? No. But along the way I have found many friends on their own genealogy journey. We laugh together. We learn together and yes sometimes cry together. I have learned many new skills. Happy dance for Grand Strand Genealogy Club.
