Celebration Sunday-Genealogy Happy Dance!

You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone around that you found the document, contacted a cousin who has the family Bible, made a DNA connection, or found a whole new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.
Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.
This is a weekly series to enable everyone to tell about their Genealogy Happy Dance moment.

Share by scrolling down and adding your story to the comments section or you may also put a link to a blog post telling about what had you dancing this week.

My Happy Dance Moment for this week:
Finishing a client report had me dancing this week! This one was tough but I managed to get it done just in the nick of time!
Always a great feeling to get a project completed.

What had you doing the Happy Dance this week?

  1. I didn't write this post as a Happy Dance post but it was a sweet surprise. https://nancysfamilyhistoryblog.blogspot.com/2020/09/a-wonderfully-preserved-man.html

  2. I had been working on this post on my mothers early school years and suddenly on a local Ga County group, several photos of her school fell in my lap plus one early photo of my mom that I’d never seen before. https://everyonehasafamilystorytotell.wordpress.com/2020/09/22/family-stories-mamas-school-memories/
