Margaret Frances "Fannie" Gibson Thames died 84 years ago. She died in Clarendon County, SC. in 1929. Fannie was my 2nd Great Grandmother.

    Both Gibson and Thames seem like English names.

    Yes, indications are that both families may have come from England.
