Celebration Sunday-Genealogy Happy Dance!

You know the dance. You know you've done it. The one every researcher does after finding something new. The one where you want to jump up and down and shout to everyone around that you found the document, contacted a cousin who has the family Bible, made a DNA connection or found a whole new branch to your tree. The one that is met with glazed stares and eye rolls.

Celebration Sunday is a place to share your discoveries.
This is a weekly series to enable everyone to tell about their Genealogy Happy Dance moment.

Share by scrolling down and adding your story to the comments section or you may also put a link to a blog post telling about what had you dancing this week.

My Happy Dance Moment for this week:
Have I mentioned before that the genealogy community is fabulous?
Once again they have proven they will do anything to lighten the load for others as we live in this uncertain time of COVID-19.
Last Saturday, the Virtual Genealogical Association had a talent show.
Members from across the world got together to sing, play instruments, tell stories, show their creative talents and more. It was so much fun to get our minds off the things going on around us and simply enjoy one another's company. Even though it was virtually!
A marvelous happy dance moment!

Did you miss it? Here's the link.
Unfortunately, due to copywrite issues, the musical numbers had to be stripped from the recording. That means you don't have the privilege of seeing my friend Kim Jordon and I singing: Puppy Love. But, I can share a photo!

What had you doing the Happy Dance this week?

                                                                                              Share your discovery!

                                                                                         Let the dancing commence!
