GenFriends Genealogy Chat Show Welcomes Author Nathan Dylan Goodwin

The panel—Melissa Barker, Dan Earl, Laura Hedgecock,  Mary Kircher Roddy and I-get together to welcome Nathan and talk about his new book, The Hollywood Strangler.

The third in his acclaimed Venator Cold Case Series, Nathan does it again with a hard-to-put-down who-dun-it.

Watch as we ask how the ideas and writing come together to create this popular series.

Mary gives a photo tour of where Maddy and the gang hang out in Salt Lake City, and we learn about what is next for both the Venator and Morton series. And we are so happy to hear that GenFriends is on the list of the top shows Maddy enjoys being interviewed on!

Thanks for the shoutout, Nathan!

One of the best parts of the Venator series is the step-by-step approach to how genealogical genealogists work to solve cold cases.

Have you learned more about how DNA can help you in your genealogy research by reading the series? We'd love to hear from you!

GenFriends Genealogy Chat Show with Special Guest Nathan Dylan Goodwin

The panel Melissa Barker, Laura Hedgecock, and Shelley Murphy and I welcome Genealogical Crime Mystery writer Nathan Dylan Goodwin to talk about his new book "The Foundlings". The 9th in the series, Nathan shares some insights into the newest of Morton's adventures and his thoughts on upcoming books in both of his book series.

Watch as we learn what may lie in store for Morton Farrier in the Forensic Genealogist series and how the work is coming on the writing of the next in the Venator Genetic Mystery series. Can Nathan write two books at once? Morton seems to want him too!

Laura's book suggestion right in the middle of our interview with Nathan! Great timing!

Which is your favorite Morton book?

Have you begun the Venator series?

We'd love to hear from you!
